Customers should also understand the following:
1. SeedUp is not responsible for any consequences where there was a delay on customer’s part in sending the documents or information. Also remember, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties, such as partners / affiliates, with a role in processing your order at any point.
2. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to partners / affiliates.
3. For exchange of Products / Services, we shall not be able to adjust any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Any payments made directly by you to affiliates of ours are not eligible for exchange or credit.
4. SeedUp shall not be responsible for the delays caused on part of the Government. There may also be instances where the government website is not working and your order is not completed as a result. Similarly, SeedUp does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our partners / affiliates. Issues as enumerated herein are beyond SeedUp’s control and are not covered by this guarantee.
ABANDONED ORDERS
You understand that other than as required by applicable law, you shall have no right to cancel, request a cash refund or obtain credit for any undelivered order after 120 days have elapsed from the purchase date unless SeedUp is at fault. Both parties acknowledge that SeedUpis out of pocket time and money for undertaking the work and both parties fully intend to complete the order. Abandoned orders will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to SeedUp for reimbursement of our commitment to service this order.
FORCE MAJEURE
SeedUp shall not be considered in breach of its Guarantee or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
