This Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter “The Policy”) explains the privacy and data protection principles adopted by SeedUp Advisors Private Limited (hereinafter “SeedUp”) explains with regards to the personal information of its customers, partners, employees (current or former employees, trainees), job applicants, contractors, prospects and vendors and current or former members of the Board of Directors (collectively you, your), whose Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter referred to as “PII”) and / or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (hereinafter referred to as “SPI”), collectively personal data are processed by SeedUp.
The Policy is applicable to any personal data collected and managed by SeedUp and is subject to local law. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “SeedUp”, "we", "us", and "our" means SeedUp.
Managing of personal data will cover collection, using, storage, processing, disclosure and transmission. Personal data collected may be stored, used, processed or disclosed through email, offline means or on websites owned and operated by SeedUp, collectively the “Site”.
SeedUp will not be liable for any unsolicited information provided by you. You consent to SeedUp using such information as per SeedUp ’s Privacy Policy

1. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.   • Transaction Data details about payments made / received
  • Biometric data of our employees (permanent and contractual), limited to fingerprint collected for attendance monitoring and access control system
  • Medical records of employees such as drug reports and medical documents related to Mediclaim insurance are collected and kept securely in HR custody
  • SPI in client scoped data refers to any SPI of clients or the client of client. Such data is handled as per the Service Agreement/SoW with said client(s).

2. NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. To send periodic emails - We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. 8. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

SeedUp recognizes the receipt, transmission or distribution of spam emails (i.e. unsolicited bulk emails) as a major concern and has taken reasonable measures to minimize the transmission and effect of spam emails in our computing environment. All emails received by SeedUp are subject to spam check. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, SeedUp hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. SeedUp reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

SeedUp have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

11. YOUR CHOICES

We give you choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may stop receiving these marketing-related emails by sending an e-mail to info@seedup.in. If you would prefer that we do not share your personal data on a going-forward basis with our affiliates or with any third parties for their marketing purposes, you may cease this sharing by sending an e-mail to info@seedup.in.

We will try to comply with your request(s) within reasonable timeline. Please note that if you exercise the second option as described above, we will not be able to remove your personal data from the databases of our affiliates or third parties with which we have already shared your personal data (i.e., to which we have already provided your personal data as of the date that we implement your request). Further, please note that requesting us not to share your personal data with affiliates or third parties may result in you no longer receiving any marketing emails from SeedUp. Please also note that if you choose not to receive marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, and you cannot elect to stop receiving such administrative messages, unless you choose to stop receiving services from us.
