Nirupam Saraogi is a Lawyer and the proprietor of Saraogi and Co. (Advocates), leading a team of five lawyers, practising for the past 25 years as an Advocate at the Calcutta High Court.

Area of expertise: Property Laws, Civil Laws, Wills and Probates, Company Law, and other related fields. He engages in arbitrations and mediations. Also works on pro bono cases and offers legal aid.

Amit Grover

Amit Grover is ex-CEO and Co-founder of AHA Taxis, which was acquired by Ebix, a Nasdaq listed global company. In a short span of 5 years, AHA Taxis established pan-India network, partnered with leading travel players like Makemytrip, Yatra, Booking etc and became the leader in a niche segment dominated by Ola and Uber.

Amit is passionate about entrepreneurship, and exited his 1st venture in education- Nurture Talent Academy after successfully running it for 5 years. He is an IIT Delhi and IIM Indore alumnus, and previously worked with Infosys, Asian Paints and Onida

Narayan Shetkar

Narayan Shetkar is a Chartered Accountant, CFA (ICFAI – Hyderabad) and M.Com from Mumbai University. He has over 18 years of experience in Investment Banking and Management Consulting – having worked with companies like MAPE, Centrum Capital, Singhi Advisors, Deloitte and Axis Bank.

He has been involved in several transactions/coverage across sectors. Key transactions include NISA Global Group's acquisition of Logicash Solutions and its structured finance with Clix Capital, OCS Group UK's 3 acquisitions in Indian Facilities Management Market, BNP Paribas' acquisition of Geojit Financial Services and Private Equity transactions such as Thyrocare Technologies (Cx Partners), Chetas Control Systems (Matrix Partners), Bhilwara Energy (Wachovia & NYLIM)

Rajesh Poddar

Rajesh Poddar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having a rich corporate experience of over 25 years in one of the India's leading business conglomerate ITC Ltd.

Prolific speaker, writer, passionate about nurturing and mentoring talent, Rajesh has taken a break from the Corporate world to pursue his other interests in the field of education, business consultancy and entrepreneurship.

Manu Punnoose

Manu Punnoose is an MBA with Finance as major. He started his career with the Securities Research Division of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), Hyderabad.With over 20 years of experience in Investments & Research, Manu is spearheading the PIPES/private equity /strategic investments business at Subhkam as its CEO.

Subhkam Growth Fund, a SEBI registered Venture Capital Fund is managed under Manu’s supervision. As part of the inception team at Subhkam, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing the group’s foray into private equity and has played a decisive role in positioning, setting up systems and internal processes.
